Most people do not go on holiday because they need more stimulation. They go because they are tired.

Not only physically tired, but mentally tired too. Daily life already asks a lot from us. There is always something to answer, decide, organize, compare, or keep up with. Even when nothing dramatic is happening, the mind is still busy.

That is why people travel in the first place. They want a break. They want to feel lighter. They want space to breathe and to come back with some energy again.

But that does not always happen.
