Dharma Resort felt like stepping out of time. Absolute silence, deep forest, no one around — just you, nature, and space to breathe. The walk to the house through the woods already sets the tone: you know you’re truly away from everything.
Raymond is an exceptional host — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, with an eye for the smallest details that make the stay feel truly personal. The Japanese soup experience was unforgettable, and breakfasts were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It’s a luxurious experience, not because of excess, but because of how rare this kind of peace is. Sitting in the sauna, looking out at the trees and moonlight, felt almost unreal. You have all the time in the world here — to slow down, reconnect with nature, and simply be yourself. One of the best trips I’ve ever taken.
