Ein Kreis ohne Anfang und Ende<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haben Sie jemals den Wechsel der Jahreszeiten beobachtet? Die Bl\u00e4tter fallen, der Schnee schmilzt und die Sonne geht wieder auf. Es gibt keinen Anfang und kein Ende \u2013 nur einen Kreis endloser Bewegung. Dies ist der Rhythmus, auf den uns das Dharma-Rad aufmerksam macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Rad ist kein R\u00e4tsel, das es zu l\u00f6sen gilt, sondern eine Erinnerung an die Kontinuit\u00e4t. Das Leben verl\u00e4uft in Zyklen: Momente des Wachstums, der Ruhe, der Herausforderung und der Erneuerung. Dieses Rad zu verstehen bedeutet nicht, die Zukunft zu kennen, sondern pr\u00e4sent zu sein f\u00fcr den Fluss, der uns tr\u00e4gt.

Im Dharma Resort sehen wir das Rad in den kleinsten Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Morgennebel, der sich zwischen Wacholder und Kiefern windet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Auf und Ab des Lichts durch unsere Fenster. Der Rhythmus einer langsamen, mit Sorgfalt zubereiteten Mahlzeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn wir innehalten, um aufmerksam zu sein, sehen wir, dass nichts jemals wirklich verloren geht. Jedes Ende ist ein versteckter Anfang. Jede Pause ist eine Einladung zum Neuanfang. Das Dharma-Rad lehrt uns Geduld, Hingabe und die sanfte Kunst, das Leben ohne Eile zu beobachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In seinem Kreis zu leben bedeutet, das zu ehren, was ist, das loszulassen, was war, und auf das zu vertrauen, was sein wird. Es ist eine stille Praxis, die mit jedem achtsamen Atemzug vollzogen wird. Und das Sch\u00f6ne daran ist, dass sich das Rad dreht, auch wenn wir uns still f\u00fchlen \u2013 und uns daran erinnert, dass das Leben selbst immer in Bewegung ist, sich immer weiter entfaltet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
